 Initially, PALMA began its operations as a manufacturer and distributor of a variety of specialty advertising and promotional products, including calendars, keychains, pens and glassware. However, the company quickly decided to specialize in glassware and ceramic products in order to offer its customers the best possible products and service. In its early years PALMA's formula for success paid great dividends as the company was quickly recognized as an industry leader in specialty advertising and promotional products across Canada. PALMA is a member in good standing of the Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators (SGCD), the Promotional Products Association of Canada (PPAC), the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) and the Canadian Gift & Tableware Association (CGTA). |

 In 1998, the culmination of thirty years of sound business practices and hard work came to a hedge when PALMA relocated its headquarters and expanded its operations into larger and more modern facilities.
